Our Homemade Hot Sauces

More then just spicy

Today, we’re excited to dive into one of our favorite culinary adventures: creating our own hot sauces. Beyond our passion for fermentation and crafting unique beverages, we love cooking and experimenting with new flavors. Over the past few years, we’ve been making a variety of hot sauces, ranging from mild to superhot, each with its own distinct character and flavor profile.

Our journey with hot sauces has been as fiery and exciting as you might imagine. We believe that a great hot sauce should be more than just spicy – it should enhance the flavor of your dishes and add a unique twist. Here are a few of our favorite creations:

Mango Lime Habanero Hot Sauce
This sauce combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes and a touch of lime with the fiery kick of yellow habanero peppers. We start with a base of garlic and onion, which adds depth and complexity to the flavor. The result is a bright, fruity sauce that packs a punch, perfect for adding a tropical twist to your meals.

Green Sour Hot Sauce
Our green sour hot sauce is a zesty blend of green jalapenos and fresh lime juice. The tanginess of the lime complements the heat of the jalapenos, creating a vibrant, sour-spicy sauce that’s great for brightening up any dish. It’s a versatile sauce that pairs wonderfully with everything from tacos to grilled vegetables.

Pineapple IPA Hot Sauce
This unique sauce features the sweetness of pineapple, the bitterness of IPA beer, and the intense heat of madame jeanette chilis. The combination of these ingredients results in a complex, flavorful hot sauce that’s both sweet and spicy, with a hint of hoppy bitterness. It’s a fantastic addition to grilled meats, seafood, and even as a dip for fries.

These hot sauces have become staples in our kitchen, adding a burst of flavor to a wide range of dishes. And of course, they pair exceptionally well with chicken – a fact that fans of the popular Hot Ones series will surely appreciate!

Creating these hot sauces has been a fun and rewarding process for us, and while they are currently something we make for our own enjoyment, we’re thrilled by the positive feedback we’ve received from friends and family. If there’s enough interest, we might consider adding them to our product lineup one day. Stay tuned for more updates and new recipes from our kitchen!
